Whataburger - Lufkin

Went to order food from the drive thru, while I was making requests to add condiments to the sandwich, the lady on the speaker was rushing me to proceed with ordering food instead of listening to me make changes to my order. This is on 10/28/22 at 6:20pm.

I love whataburger. Food is always good. Used the app to order breakfast. Said it would be ready at 820 am got there at 825 and nothing was ready and they almost forgot the cinnamon rolls! Everyone was nice, food was good. App and local store not insync.

My wife never likes to go to places like this, she was traveling and it was what was left on the way, the person who served us was very kind, she really conquered our Gratitude, my children chose to leave a tip, and my wife was truly delighted!

I went to Whataburger two times in one day. Once after work for a shake a brownie, and again for a late night snack. Both times, I was greeted by Leslie's purple hair and bright demeanor ... So even thru double time over time, the girl stillshines? A man took my order at the drive thru, and l was hoping the burger fries would match his voice, and it didtoo....Hot, good satisfying. I found out later that it was the manager Ron ....Hey boi heyyyyyy.lol Last but not least,there was Jonathan. ???? percent REAL I hope to keep getting his type of service times a hundred may this place be blessed bythe BEST, and that is by the LORD Christ Jesus.....Amen ????

The food was hot and fresh. Put your condiments and salad on the side as I ask for later consumption. I hate a soggy burger. Staff friendly and punctual, and ensured that it was all I had requested before leaving. The restaurant was clean and glittering, especially the bathroom.
