I have commanded one today, and communication with the person who took my order was difficult. I thought it was just me, she couldn't hear or understand, but I heard the same problem when the person behind me commanded her. I may have relied on a lack of qualified help because "no who want to work today" thanks to covid. I was surprised at the current crashed prices for what I got, compared to the same items I had bought before. I was a fairly common customer when they first opened up, but they think I could be about it. I'll never get any more credits. must have been an incentive to pull the people when they were new. I need to think about whether I make a return visit, or just mark it from my list. pity, because lugoff can use more and more restaurants.
Slow down. Driving through is NOT efficient. The restaurant has two car rides through the lanes and uses only one. No good place to eat when you have time constraints.
Terrible fast food... took 20 minutes to drive through
This new Burger King is a few months old and services and dependability is already horrendous. Ordered takeout a few times and every time the order has been wrong. Get this, the receipt doesn’t even have the store phone number and you can’t find a working number online to call about it. This is a sign that this location in a small community won’t last long. Had to believe that you order a fish sandwich and get a bacon king combo. I nor my extended family will support and spend a penny at this location moving forward, sad! Was really excited about it being in Lugoff.
