A Dairy Queen that doesn’t have ice cream, very unusual

I'll stop being the other day to get me an ice cream cone there was no one that first in Dairy Queen that she running Dairy Queen there was a young man that was over at Subway and after he got done waiting on another customer he came over from Subway went over I told him what I wanted I paid him and he went and immediately grabbed the ice cream cone without washing his hands I had to holler at it must have wait a minute you're not going to wash your hands or nothing before you serve somebody and doing a restaurant he said oh yeah you're right then I went and told for the managers about it he didn't seem too concerned about it he just said that he'll talk to the young man's DM and I told him I said was somebody to retrain this young man teach him exactly how he's supposed to do things in a restaurant this is not the first time this young man has done this he's done this a few times at Subway waiting on other people and nobody's ever said nothing until I said something

Got ripped off today. Asked for a large hot fudge sundae and they gave me a small. And had to wait 20 mins because they were down. Tables are nasty and so is the floor. They can't even make a decent ice cream and they use sub way employees to make ice cream. Not worth going there . Why doesn't the owner do something about this. Don't go there. It's plain nasty.

The waitress had a great sense of humor and was very welcoming. The ice cream dessert we chose was absolutely delicious.
