Food is good, but be prepare to pay additional 3% (bank) fee if you paying with the card.This is new in Toplik and first time ever that I hear of this additional bank fee . Really not cool and definitely fall down in my eyes. Not because 3% is big or small percentage, but its not fair to customers.Free marketing advice for owner: make food 3% expensive, and give discount to cash pay.
