Waffle House - Lula

I always enjoy having breakfast at Waffle House with my dad. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional!

Our waitress was quite slow in clearing the table and taking our order. After waiting for a while, we almost considered leaving. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive.

I had a fantastic experience at this waffle house. The waitress, whom I believe was named Chelsea, was absolutely wonderful. She had a warm and friendly demeanor, making the atmosphere so pleasant. Her smile was infectious, and she truly excelled at her job. I also enjoyed the coffee—everything was great! That's all I had, but it was definitely a memorable visit.

My friend and I were at 3:00. There were only two employees and one was sick. The table was still dirty, actually all the tables were still dirty, although there was only one more pair in which it was fed. My bacon was so boiled, it was pink and the fat was still completely solid white and chewing. I have a bacon cheese steak sandwich, no sides and my friend got a sausage dish. We got both chocolate milk for drinking and our total amount was $30... I looked incredibly high when you ask me.

ANGEL 'S IN LULA.... (08/08/2022 8:00 A.M. So. I 'm 40. I don 't do things on my own. I 've been VERY codependent in the only 2 relationships I 've ever been in. If my significant other doesn 't go, I don 't go. I do not do things... Alone . This morning, I stopped at the Lula Waffle House BY MYSELF after taking the boys to school. I suppose this was the 1st time in my ENTIRE life I 've EVER been to a restaurant.... Alone. This was a challenge for me. A tough one. For MANY different reasons. The waitress came around and told me while I was waiting for my check, that someone had already paid for my meal. The tears just about started flowing. (Well they DID, but I was able to at least wait till I got in my car ... Anyway, I don 't recall seeing anyone get up or go the the register. I asked her whom it was or if they left a message for me while paying for my meal. She just smiled and said no. They just asked me not to tell you who they were . It had already been laid on my heart to leave something out of the normal for the waitress. I can 't say what it was that I left her, because I 'm not supposed to, but I had already pulled it from my purse to leave with her tip. I don 't know why I was supposed to leave this item, but there 's a reason behind it that God saw fit so whatever God was doing this morning, we were all listening and I want to give thanks to this stranger. You don 't know what this act of kindness did for me spiritually this morning. And it was just a reminder that I truly needed, reminding me that I am NEVER alone. My prayer for today is that this stranger be shown what their actions did for my heart soul that they are blessed beyond measure. ? Thank you... Love, me.
