There 's one particular employee (blonde hair girl) who is very unpleasant. The first time I encountered her, she was unable to scan my app, so she grabbed the phone out of my hand. On top of that, my drinks were never full when I ordered a 40 oz. I never said anything and just took the drink. Tonight (7/29, a little past 8:30pm) was the same employee I ordered (2) 40 oz, it was a significantly low amount in one of the cup so I said sorry and I explained my concern...she gave a gesture with her hand... Give it to me , took the drink, and gave it to her other coworker. I honestly don 't know what they put in the drink to fill it up so quickly when it wasn 't full initially. Not once was she apologetic or nice about giving my drink back. Lack of customer service for sure.
I drove 30 minutes to get a smoothie because they are supposed to be open until 9:00, I arrive at 8:50 I try to go inside and Miley tells me they are closed and that I should go through the drive through. The girl asks what I want, then tells me they are closed.I hope the management would enforce the hours they have posted.
The people are so nice when I got my strawberry banana smoothie, it tastes so good that I wanna wear it! I will recommend this to all of my friends.
The Smoothie King in Luling is always prompt when ordering on the app. The order is usually ready before the time provided on the Smoothie King app. Go on Friday’s to get a 32 oz. for the price of a 20 oz. smoothie.
