Chicken Express - Lumberton

I'll always get the 3 pieces of dinner. Portions of chicken are good, as well as pages are a fair amount. Chicken is good, but could be a bit warmer.

The food was great, the workers are polite and the managers there are very professional to show great customer service while an excellent treatment for their employees. Will visit again!!!

On Saturday, August 13th a group of us gathered decided to order Chicken Express! Always a good choice! We had a huge order unfortunately not all of it made it in our bags/possession. So once we got organized realized we called they said if we could just come back they'd correct it. Boy, let me tell ya...the manager on duty was an extremely professional ? young man. He completely fixed our order we learned a huge bus of kidos came in right behind us a cook walked out on him. Even after all that frustration he remained calm, cool collected. It's great to see young'n give a darn in this lost world. I wish him a bright future! Keep ur head up Dude you gonna make it!!! PS You already kno, I'll be back!! ?

I got the 4 piece. Chicken strip meal. Chicken was stale none of my food was hot. It was around 8 pm. Yesterday Aug. 4th.

Since it was only 30 minutes before closing, I must say that the food and service was amazing. I wait for the ride through Josh and I just came back because everything was so good at the night before. Josh was waiting for me the night before. Anyway, Josh was very polite and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised, so excellent service and food 30 minutes before closing, but I did. I should have taken pictures, but I guess I was too hungry, but I'll be next time. I don't know if Josh was the manager, but if I don't hope the company recognizes what a big advantage it is for the company and hopefully can see that it is definitely management material. Thank you. Josh for the excellent food and service for the last 2 nights. Everything was perfect!
