Domino's Pizza - Lumberton

Their delivery person left our food out in the cold. If not for our dog, we would have never known it was left on our porch. When we called to let them know what happen, we were called racist. Not to mention, the person was walking away when we picked our food up off of the porch so we couldn't even tell waht they looked like. How dare that so called manager even go there?? Leads me to believe he is the racist one. All we wanted was to have our tip refunded to us, for the horrible service.

I always receive excellent service and enjoy fresh food here! Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

I like ordering from Domino’s. I have never had an issue with them. This last time I ordered I ordered the new cheese dip but they forgot to include the twists for the dip. I didn’t call them to complain but I was upset that I was not able to enjoy the dish. This is why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

I wish I could rate zero stars. I started calling at 9:40pm on 11 23 21, only to get put on hold for 15mins and had to call back. I called until 11:00 pm and each time I got, welcome to Domino's can you hold? Needless to say, noone came back to take my order!

He let me wait one, one time of about 50, to pick up a job and gave me a free soda to apologize for it. Typically they offer large service.
