Schlotzsky's - Lumberton

Clean facility, good food, and thank you to whom I believe was/is the manager . I know you’re understaffed today and still got the food out quick , looking good and tasting great!!

Normally I have no issues with schlotzkies.....but waited 20 minutes in the drive through for this...what the heck?

It has been years since I had Schlotzsky's and it was just as delicious as I remembered!!!

I'm giving the place all five stars because the young men working here are good, friendly workers. Now on the other hand the manager needs to take a valium or something. As a leader he needs to keep a calm head and not be freaking out when things speed up. As a customer I'd rather wait ten minutes for a correct order than receive a botched one in seven. The customers my fiance just delivered to said they were afraid to even check in their order because of his demeanor on the phone. On one hand you want to get people's food out to them as quickly as possible but on the other hand you want as few mistakes make as possible. Within ten seconds of being in this place I could gather that the crew doesn't care for the guy much due to his attitude, approach, and overall anxiousness that he displays. If your crew doesn't like you they aren't likely to be very enthusiastic about showing up to work or wanting your approval. Hopefully the manager reads this review and takes a little wisdom away from it.

Love Original Schlotzskys. Like Flatbread pizza for lower carbs. Cool drink machine. What’s not to like about all the Cinnamon Rolls?
