We had an incredible stay in a historic country house! We stayed at this wonderful place for almost a week and didn't want to leave. The hotel is located not far from the city center of Hasselt in a peaceful and picturesque area. Despite the house's age, the hotel has been renovated with a fresh and elegant touch. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, and high-quality bathroom products. Upon entering the country house, we immediately felt at ease. Surrounded by a garden in a quiet location, we woke up to the sound of birds singing each morning. The breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries, a variety of treats, and even scrambled eggs from the hotel's own chickens. In the evenings, we gathered on the terrace in the garden with cozy blankets for tea, and the host would turn on the heating when it got cold. The couple who run the country house deserve special praise for their warm hospitality. They were always willing to help and offer advice.
