Unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. The presentation and tone would suggest the quality of a chic venue, but unfortunately we had to find: lack of elasticity in composing a mixed starter of raw and cooked options, forcing us not to order anything as a starter. Coca-cola served already opened and uncorked on the table. Spaghetti with sea urchins with a lot of chilli pepper (I don't think it's present in the original recipe) and a very limited dish size (photo of the same) Dishes served asynchronously with some diners finishing the dish while some had not yet received the dish. Torrid heat without windows with the sun shining on the glass despite the day being windy. It could potentially express more especially given the price position. I'll be back in a few months to try again maybe it was just a bad day. I give three stars out of confidence even though the average doesn't reach them.

We were there twice, the first evening way too early and actually just wanted an aperitif. What then followed was a firework of hospitality, small appetizers, cheese, ham, pane whatever your heart desires, we sat there for a long time, with really warm people and talked and laughed. The next visit was for lunch, the location is simply great, the polpo arrosto as a starter was excellent, the baked mussels were unfortunately dry and a bit unimaginative. The tagliolini alle vongole were great, simple and to the point, the mixed fish was good but not very good, the spada was dry and the seasoning was a bit boring. The service and hospitality were some of the best we had in Sicily and I've been addicted to Amaro ever since :
