Burger King - Luton

The burger meal I received at Luton Airport airside was lukewarm. Food should never be served at this temperature. I would recommend avoiding this place until they improve their standards. It seems that they are used to being busy due to their location, but serving lukewarm burgers is not acceptable.

Awaiting flight to Alicante, very busy but order was ready pretty quickly. I had chicken royal with regular fries a latte all for £9.64 which didn’t seem a bad price as you pay more at the airport. Managed to find a table thankfully.

This is a very clean and pleasant restaurant to enjoy a meal. The burger I had was delicious and I received excellent customer service from Shakira.

I found bacon in my cheesy fries and a hair in my burger at the restaurant. This experience was extremely unhygienic and has turned me off Burger King entirely.

Horrible food, do not go here, the staff are horrible and have no people skills, there are much better options at this airport so avoid this place at all costs
