The desserts were very tasty and mouthwatering. This is an excellent dessert place in Luton and reminds me of a place called Kaspas in Milton Keynes. I will definitely visit this place again. A big thank you to the management and staff of this place. You will definitely see us again.
I went to Creams to get a slice of chocolate cake for myself. They also had some red velvet cake so I picked them both. Overall the cakes were pretty good but overpriced.
We visited Creams after work. This was our first visit, we wanted to try Creams after seeing other branches. What a disappointment! The customer service is shocking, I don’t know where they found those staff but I would sack the three who were working when we visited (20th April, evening). When we walked in they rolled their eyes and told us to sit down, the menu was practically thrown at us without a smile but with a sigh. In hindsight we should have walked out then. When I went to the counter to order I was ignored for quite some time even though there were 3 miserable staff behind the counter. Some of the things we wanted could not be ordered as I was told the items were reserved for home delivery. The man who took my order was miserable, rude and couldn’t be bothered to turn the card payment machine around so I could see the amount being charged. It took 30 minutes to get two ice creams and two milk shakes, they were hardly busy, just couldn’t be bothered. When we finally got them we were disappointed, we would have been better going to get a tub of ice cream and bottles of milkshake from the supermarket. 3/10 at best, if this is a representation of Creams we won’t be going in any others. Toilets were dirty, tables were dirty and there was no care from the staff. I’ve seen the other comments on here about the poor service. There really is a problem with the staff at this store which indicates there is a problem with the management. No decent manager would allow this poor standard of service and would employ such miserable, rude, unmotivated staff. This store needs new management and new staff to sort it out. Creams if home delivery orders are more important than face to face customers then close the store.
I don’t have words to describe how dirty was the place! I used to work at Creams caffe in Edgware but was totally different!! The staff in Luton was not wearing gloves when they prepair the food, the customer service very poor and the staff was having really dirty shoes, the mirrors on there was very dusty and a lot of marks on, the table where we sit was really sticky. Very disappointed I used to order at home creams every week, but after this experience never again from Luton. Thanks for opening my eyes, I know for future to visit the restaurant and after to order food home .
I was a regular customer since it was opened and I did enjoy it with my family. But after the pandemic, the place has gone down hill from there. My recent experience was beyond bad. It’s not just a dirty place with lots of youngsters hang out and ignorance staff who didn’t want to be there at the first place. They also messed up the ice cream portion too. For me it’s a biggest selling point to go to the ice cream parlour at the first place, otherwise I would have bought Ben&Jerry to eat at home! When I made a complaint regarding of our sundae has no biscuits, sauce and even brownie as it described in the menu and the staff just said it always like this and we ran out of biscuits and just ignored us and walked away. I tell you they don’t give a toss even what they gave to the customers. Afterwards they just turned a very loud Asian (Pakistan/Indian) music on inappropriately when there was no Asian customers in there. Even though if there is some Asian customers in there I still find it very offensive and very inappropriate. This matter I will take it further into the head office.
