Contribuisci feedbackMade a order through the mobile app and for some reason our cheese and tomato pizza was amended to having no cheese. We received a pizza that was burnt tomato paste on dough with one mushroom. I called up and spoke to the manager Abdhullah and his response was basically it was your fault as it said so on the order even after explaining it was an error and not sure why it was amended. He went on to further explain that some people are lactose intolerant and that’s why they didn’t think to call to confirm with us in regards to the no cheese on the cheese and tomato pizza. Surely if we was lactose intolerant I wouldn’t of ordered cheese and tomato pizza? No Customer service what so ever just a sarcastic is there anything else i can help you with at the end of the call. If this is who a big franchise like Domino’s pizza hire they are not giving themselves a good name if that’s who represents them to the customers. Burnt tomato on dough for dinner with one mushroom lovely!
Never a bad pizza had , always delivered hit and tasty never had a wrong order , and the app is spot on
It was meant to be delivery which on the end took 3 hours and then was cold and stuff was not on it as shown on website very poor service and the people who answer phones in the wigmore store are complete liars and incompetent my 7 year old could do a better job very very poor service avoid
No issue with the food quality but the customer service over the phone is laughable. If you ever want to change anything with your order then the chances of it actually happening are slim to none. Often put on hold or hung up on randomly. Bad communication overall and your request is often seen as an inconvience. We wouldn't have to call at all if the app offered more options to customise the side orders in the same way you can customise everything else.
This is by far the quickest delivering Dominoes I have ordered from, quality is always very good, definitely recommend.
