Greggs - Luton

Whenever I go in this greggs I'm lucky enough to always get hot sausage rolls. The people working are always polite and overall good service

I ordered a cheese and onion dish, but the server served me the last portion from the tray, which was cold, and then replaced it with a fresh one from the oven. When I asked for a fresh one initially, he insisted on selling the first one, leaving me with the cold dish. It was disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

I bought Pizza and a sausage roll its was top notch , perfect baked and more importantly, it was in eatable heat .

Most of the time everything is cold... when hpt stuff comes out the oven they try give you the older cold pastys first

We stopped in the southbound travelodge on 1st April 2022. On the morning of the 2nd me and my wife called into the greggs (southbound) at 6am. We were the 2nd customer of the day. We ordered 2 bacon buttys. We walked back to our room which took 3 minutes tops. The bacon was freezingcold and after 1 bite each they went into the bin. Your HOT food should be 75c (law) to stop any bacteria growing. Our bacon would have been less than 20c. Greggs sort your s@@t out before you give somebody food poisoning
