TERRA ROSSA - Lutry

You've gotta love the Lavaux for its views on the lake and mountains. Funnily, there aren't that many restaurants where you get to enjoy both the view and the food. Terra Rossa is such a place, nested in the tennis club and surrounded by pines...and bushes. The food is Mediterranean with a bias towards the Italian cuisine. We had a parmigiana with a salad, and a pizza. The execution was perfect. We also had the wine of the month which was better than what is usually served as such. The evening was made even more enjoyable by the staff who was very friendly, attentive to your needs and quick. The restaurant would've therefore deserved a 5* rating if it wasn't for the interior design, which is a bit simple and cold (then again, we're in a tennis club), and not of utmost cleanliness several seats were covered in scraps of food that must have been wiped down from the table, and there's no good excuse for that.

Previously a great place with good service and pizza. Service now unfriendly, had to wait 45min for a pizza that at best arrived lukewarm. Too bad we really liked this place...

The pizzas are good, the staff is friendly and from the terrace there is a splendid view of the lake

Quite simply the best pizzas in the canton of Vaud! The chef is a Neapolitan, nothing to add the best pizzas in an idyllic setting at the Croix sur Lutry tennis club

We had a great time as a family. The meal was very good. Be careful the service is a little slow
