Panini's And Grill - Lutz

Came for a lunch the other day was greeted by some very friendly hosts above that allowed me to choose my preferred seat. We only have a low table because my mother was with me, has a hard time to sit at high tables. Our server Raquel was super friendly with a great setting recommended us some of their personal favorites, halfway through our meal we were approached by Hunter, one of the managers on us to check to make sure that all tasted delicious what it did! All in all! Make sure to ask for Raquel if you do not regret dinning, along with Raquel the rest of the staff seemed super friendly Hunter was a fantastic manager!

Hands down Carson was a breath of fresh air. He was attentive to our needs and pleasant to have like our server. Loves his weather!!! Will come again for a delicious food and great service! Thank you.

I really enjoy the food here. I wanted to make sure I gave him a good chance before I gave him a review. I was three times. Place is overall clean with a great atmosphere that I would bring a family at first glance. After spending time here, I think that the service and management supervision is missing. I've never seen a manager here before. The servers are glued to the phone and hide behind registers for a long time. They don't wash their hands before they do something. Maybe the health department should come in and refresh them.

Sat for dinner at 7:53 and were told twenty minutes that the kitchen was secured and food would be just an additional fifteen minutes. In the meantime we get starters, and all the others around us were served. a large group sat well after us and got their food fast. At this point we waited an hour and a half for our meal with an 18-month and 7-year-old and the manager insisted that it was on the way out and that it would box for us. Then we waited 20 minutes and she gave us another check. Meanwhile, all the others around us were fast and out.

Food was amazing! Great sports bar feel, live music on a Friday night.
