Vom herzlichen Service über das hervorragende Essen bis hin zur einladenden Atmosphäre war alles perfekt. Diese Pizzeria ist definitiv einen Besuch wert, und ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen! 10/10 Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The attempt to bring the Italian atmosphere into the emmental, only luckily. there is a wood stove, the interieur is Italian, but the 'clear something' is simply not noticeable. very extensive menu, Italian dishes, various pizzas, but also Cordon-Bleus, here would be less comfortable. the waiter looks little attentive, instead of small as ordered, the pizza of my companion is great and for that my little fancy, no word of excuse. the origano announced in the map is completely missing, the teig is too thick, which is probably from the bush. neither seasoned olive oil nor a pfeffer mill is brought unrequired. the terrace is located on the many-run road and not at the emme, as the name suggests, which causes sunshades shade. the dessert card is pure mainstream, also here the service again superficial, for it the bill neat, the prices correspond more to the level city bern and not a village restaurant in the heart of the emmentals. a motivator for another visit is missing us (still) - just 'this certain flair of italianità'.
We ate under the week in the emmenbrücke, which I knew from earlier. first we noticed that almost no guests were there. for that was a lot of personal there, but they sat on a table and seemed bored. some glow bulbs of the numerous lamps were defective, this is almost always a sign that motivation is missing. we assed a nüsslersalat and a pizza. the foods were in order, but no more. there are better pizzas in the environment. the service was catastrophic: although the women were able to utter the wee, but the question whether it is Swiss wine could not be answered without question. the food came quickly, but the service continued to sit down and we already considered whether we have to call (notabene as almost only guests) to order another coffee. After we had noticed with gesten, we could order espresso and order the bill immediately.
Pizzateig is super crispy and the rest still juicy.Man can watch the pizzaiolo as he bakes them fresh in the wood stove, sometimes the pizaiolo still makes a small show with the teig.
The pizzas are super, directly from the wood stove, which arranges plentiful and appetizing. also the appetizers (salate, tartar) convinced us. the cappucino tastes great and the services are polite. It's great that you can watch the pizzaiolo directly.
