L'annexe du Cafe Francais

We had lunches each day during 3 weeks. It was an extraordinary expérience. The menu was totally different each day with a very high good rate of food quality. The tenant, Emeline, and the personnal of the restaurant are very friendly. They keep smiling and don 't hurry you up to finish your meal. There is also a nice terrace. The all place is very clean and nicely designed. One of my best expérience in 40 years of going to restaurants. I highly recommand l 'annexe du café français to the community. Guillaume

I was very impressed indeed. Four of us (two couples) ordered the three-course lunch menu consisting of a superb cold green tomato soup with a vegetable sorbet, fish with quinoa and vegetables and a knockout chocolate dessert. A beer, three glasses of a serviceable house Chardonnay and four coffees rounded off an excellent lunch of almost Michelin-star quality, and the bill came to a ridiculously cheap Euro 115. This was perhaps the best value-for-money meal I have ever eaten in France!

We were with family and were parting that evening and would not be meeting again for four months,we were looking to have Dinner and this Restaurant looked exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint. A superb welcome even though we did not have a reservation, the staff could not have been nicer or more professional absolutely spot on and a great help with the menu as we are not upto speed in French. The Menu offered a good choice throughout the servings and we all choose a variety of dishes all absolutely delicious and though this Restaurant verges on “Fine Dining” the balance of the food was very good and we didn’t leave hungry as we have in other Fine Dining Restaurants. To summarise, Happy staff,lovely ambiance,locals were dining which is always a good sign,perfect location,great food and choice. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next visit.

What a wonderful place. All the food was very fresh and tasteful. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming, both to us and our kids. We had a great lunch experience for a very correct price!
