Friendly service Cool ambience Super refreshing drinks

We have been to Karel Korner several times and this time we were very dissatisfied. However, when we wanted to sit at a table, we were directed to another seat (against the wall, without a table), even though the place was clearly empty. The reason was that a group of four had arrived after us and the employee preferred to seat them at this table. A table was then found for us after we made it clear that we would like to play cards and therefore needed a table. The service required a lot of patience and was also rather unfriendly. When paying, I asked for a receipt, which unfortunately wasn't given to us, despite asking politely. Overall the experience was very unsatisfactory and we will not be returning.

War mit Freunden hier. Der Chef ist arrogant und unfreundlich. Wir wurden sehr schlecht behandelt, grundlos. In luzern gibt es 100 bessere Alternativen, um gemütlich eins trinken zu gehen.
