Restaurant Bar Max - Luzern

Fantastic music! I sat and enjoy my beer as the music plays. The food is great also, I would personally recommend their burgers and the baked potato!

A friend and i came to eat here. We sat outside as it was located right next to an outdoor park so it was a really nice atmosphere and fresh air! The Service was great and friendly. What i loved the most about this place...was the great prices for great burgers and the speed it was made. After i ordered i thought id have to wait for a bit but it came within 15 minutes which was awesome! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for good prices and a good burger!

Wow I really felt lack back in a pub in the 80ties. This pseudo-diner look and all those teens/twens hanging around. Then those proletarian car flaneurs with their rented AMG or Lambo to impress girls or whomever. So funny. Food was straightforward and what...you expect. Simple pub food in acceptable prep and taste. Drinks were cold and at least they had some Weizenbier so I did not have to drink Eichhof. The service was really good. 3 very friendly, good looking ladies. Quick, accurate and as you hope to get it.

We stumbled upon this place while trying to find somewhere to eat! And so glad we stayed! Unlike most other places in the area, the menu had a decent selection of mains (as we are British, we are used to choice and not just Swiss...traditional food, so the hubby was happy! It was reasonably priced, not busy and the staff very friendly. Free wifi if that's what you're after!

We came across the bar just by chance as we were walking past. We ordered 2 burgers and they were both amazing. The meat was very tender. Even the salad was tasty. I'd recommend this place just for the burgers. Good quality food. Prices are...fairly normal for Lucerne. About 23CHF for a burger. Also provided English menus which made it easy to order and waiter spoke English very well.
