The Grill - Lviv

The Caesar salad was served in a beautiful way, but I had to go to the bar to order it there. The staff is trying to provide a proper service, but I guess they don't get training on how to do it. However, the menu is quite extensive, and the quality of the food is good. The atmosphere is ok-ish, but that could be better in other nights...

Steak was good, it actually was prepared well. This is only saving grace. It took staff 45 min to get our drinks, we actually ordered double the drinks fearing another such wait. Then a strange character on a keyboard did live 80s music. If you're going for American steakhouse, maybe do a little more research. Make nicer more suitable menus, get rid of the glowing fridge and try live music that includes Western or American folk

Easily the tastiest meat I've eaten in Ukraine. Had peppered steak and even though it was eye wateringly peppered it was still great. Fries not worth ordering, it's a child's portion and greasy. Beer was big downside, only had two bottled beers from the menu in stock, stella and staropramen, so i ordered hoegaarden on tap, it was v watery, possibly watered down or it was the end of barrel; get your beers sorted guys, you charge enough for it!

Very slow service even though the place was empty, steak that was recommended wasn't good at all.

The menu is confusing. They trick you by showing the price od 50 ml of wine instead of a glass. They then charge you for 150 ml triple the price you see on the menu. They even charge you for ketchup. Food was good but would never come here again. It is insulting that they try to take advantage of you
