Domino's Pizza - Lyman

I got food poisoning from here! 2/5/24. Exactly why I don’t eat out but decided to tonight. I’m not returning here. Maybe it was a sign to walk away when the card reader wouldn’t work.

I was disappointed with my order. Although, my previous pizza orders was hot and fresh. This particular time I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was a special for the week. When I receive my pizza, it wasn't tasty. It tastes like it has been sitting there for a while. This is my first time, experiencing a poor pizza at Domino's, so I know they deliver better pizzas. I recommend, open the box to view your pizza first, that's what I should have done.

I really like your service, and pan pizza is my favorite. If I could ask for one thing, it would be that you please read my preference and cut the pizza into squares instead of triangles. Other than that, excellent service. Thank you! ??

Update: I guess the new management is enforcing the boundaries that were in place, but weren't followed. Very inconvenient, but understandable. Updated the review to four stars, since the three years we had were good.Have been ordering delivery for ages. They cancelled my order because I'm outside of delivery range NOW, despite me being 3.8 miles away and getting pizza delivered from this location for the last three years.

Only had issues with the food a couple times, however the drivers don’t seem to listen to delivery instructions. I work night shift so I am awake later than most. There’s been a few times that i’ve ordered and specifically said not to knock or ring my bell bc we have dogs, and each of those times it’s been around 10-11pm. Other people in my house have been woken up because the instructions are not followed and all my dogs start barking very loudly. This aspect needs to improve. What is the point of giving instructions if they will not even be looked at?
