Contribuisci feedbackHORRIBLE! STORE FILTHY! WORKERS FILTHY! Ordered a holiday cake days in advance. Got to store at selected pick up day and time and no cake. This is the second time in a row this has happened at this location. Story told was there was a mix up and it was taken but they made another one the previous night and would be at the location later in the day. Too late. Truth most likely is they sold my cake and didn't get the new one onsite in time. Then tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund at the store that I needed to go online. Not correct. The email confirmation clearly states to contact the requested pick up store to cancel or make changes. Constantly requesting the employees to wear their masks correctly and not under their chin. This location needs to be visited by the Dept. of Health, which I am sure they will shut it down.
The service was very unprofessional. The staff were all on their phones and wearing AirPods. It took 15 minutes to receive a single scoop of the Dolphin sundae. I won’t be returning, especially since the floor was wet and there’s a tiled ramp inside where I slipped and aggravated my recently repaired ACL.
I had a really disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. I asked for an ice cream cone with sprinkles, and the staff member told me he didn’t want to “mess up” his sprinkles. Have you ever heard that before? It’s an ice cream shop, after all! I wouldn’t recommend going there.
I've been going to Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid, enjoying their $1 scoops.
The coffee we received was terrible. They messed up a simple order for two caramel iced coffees, getting both mine and my mom's drinks wrong. We asked the two gentlemen if they could add caramel, as our drinks tasted like three-day-old coffee and were watered down before the ice even had a chance to melt. One of them said he would add more caramel, but what he added didn’t taste like caramel at all. I even asked him for the caramel swirl sugar, but he just gave me some sort of liquid that was probably sugar but definitely not caramel. To make matters worse, the guy working the espresso machine was laughing at us the entire time. When I asked him what was so funny, he just kept grinning and snickering behind the counter, while the guy who took our order seemed confused about it too. Overall, the experience was completely rude, disrespectful, and the quality of the drinks was awful. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
