Chaiwali - Lynbrook

Unbearably loud. We kept asking for the music to be turned down, which at first they did. By the time we left they'd cranked it up to disco volume/earsplitting level. We wanted a nice evening with friends--that would include being able to hear each other without screaming.

They have what they call a Green Lunch not on their website menu. Great combination of healthy salad ingredients with indian inspired elements. Staff were friendly. Sat on back patio which was beautiful.

Food was really delicious and inventive. Atmosphere and decor was warm and charming. Hostess was welcoming. Service was slow but otherwise, loved the food and restaurant overall

Pleasant surprise in Harlem. Very tasty, with very moderate portions. Yummy.

We met my daughter there for lunch and I had my first Indian food, I must say it was delicious. The server was friendly without being obtrusive and the atmosphere was charming.
