I wasnt going to write a review, but after reading people complaining about the food and the price I had to chime in. The ol Caboose was nothing short of a lovely dining experience. The place was charming, the food was decent, and honestly the pricing was dirt cheap. Combined with a friendly wait staff that treated us with kindness and respect, I dont think any reasonable person could expect anything better than this little hometown joint. 5 Stars from the boys in new york
Simple BBQ done, right. Nothing Fancy Not over the top Just simplicity and perfected it. Inside is like a Mini museum. My father retired from the Burlington Northern R.R. and spent time as a Caboose conductor. Loved the establishment.
Food was good, it wasn't as good it was the 1st time we were here awhile ago! We still enjoyed and will be back, just we had really wanted the ribs and went with the sampler as we are glad we did since they were a bit on the chewy side! Could have been a bad batch, it happens! Will see you guys next time!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Finally found a BBQ restaurant that has flavor. Love it!
The other reviews do not lie. This place is a gem. Get the ribs!
