Lynchburg Winery

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful business. I was greeted warmly and they answered my questions graciously. They make a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. Did a tasting and loved the Muscashine! Woo! They don't serve food but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. They will allow you to bring food and have your drinks there. Cool kinda loophole. They are located in a dry county. They can sell it because they make it on sight. Can you sayjuke joint? This place is a cut above a backyard barkeep type situation. Though if youre numbing your feelings with alcohol you may want to find another way to deal with your feelings. Play some music and kick back to relax. I hope theycan bring the live music there back soon. They might be able to get Mike from Tennessee outfitters to grab the Bass again! Typical winery experience, not an amazing or engaging tasting. Very simple pour description drink repeat. It was not very welcoming when walking up to the tasting counter or upon walking into the winery. Basically in the end I would sum it up as not worth the time if it?s out of the way. If you have a rainy day and need to do something this will fill the time. The wines have good flavors good quality but this place could be so much more and way better. I put this under beenthere done that don?t need to return but it wasn?t a negative experience.

Very nice staff. Loved the tastings. We had a party of 19 and all were pleased with this winery and staff.

Great atmosphere and staff! The price of the wine tasting is so cheap! Great way to try all their local wines. The only down side for me is the lack of drier wines. Everything was very sweet, but still delicious!

Great local wine tasting and great staff. They had good knowledge of flavors and a For Dummies attitude which helped my novice wife and I pick out a great bottle. It was surprisingly affordable as well
