Buffalo Wild Wings - Lyndhurst

Went to dine in with my family Waited about 40 minutes to be seated once seated the tables were dirty the floor had all kinds of food and paper on it. The chairs were sticky we sat down anyway long story short was never waited on set at the table forever was never waited on. We got up and walked out last time patronizing this establishment service short staffed why are you accepting dine in patrons and there's no one to even work

I wanted to eat in and use my coupons I recd on email. I had the app but did not know how to order to eat in. I returned to my car but just did not know what to do. I left.

Only seating at high top tables in the bar area on a Sunday afternoon. Had our kids with us who have difficulty at these tables. Bathrooms filthy, all the toilet paper dispensers were empty with just rolls sitting on top in some stalls. Overall felt dingy and not welcoming at all. There's another BWW in Willoughby that is much cleaner, we'll just be going there from now on.

Service and wait time is only bad do to lack of employees. Our server did great but wait times were horrible. Food was great.

Hadn't been here in a long time! mostly because of the price of the wings! But on a basketball night this place was almost empty!! And I see why, I stood at the register for nearly without anyone saying a word to me, and the young girl came right up to register, swiped a card, typed something into it and walked away without as much as a hello! there was only one individual so she was busy just rude! Food tasted just warm!! not enough sauce on the wings!!
