Fusion Star - Lynn

Whenever I’m in the Lynn, Massachusetts area, I always make sure to stop by this place. Typically, I visit during an overnight shift to grab my iced latte, and it’s consistently made just right, thoroughly stirred to perfection. It’s rare to find a 24-hour establishment with staff working these demanding hours, yet I’m always greeted by courteous, professional, and positive attitudes.

I always find it easy to place my order at this location. The staff is consistently polite and efficient. The cups have a cheerful Christmas design, which is a lovely touch! My coffee was made just the way I asked. Thank you, Dunkin’ Donuts! I’ll definitely be back soon.

My local Dunkin’ always does a great job, and I appreciate that they have a picnic table where I can sit and enjoy my delicious cold brew.

This restaurant is one of the few in Lynn that really understands how crucial it is to get the order right, especially when someone requests four pumps of mocha. It's a straightforward process: the pumps should be pressed all the way down, allowed to return fully, and then pressed down again. Unfortunately, many other places in town rush this, often resulting in barely one pump when you specifically request four for a large drink. I often find myself asking for six pumps just to get the amount I usually want. However, the staff here is quick and friendly, making for a very enjoyable experience.
