Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lynn

We love Popeyes and wish there was one closer to our home. Occasionally there are minor issues with employee communication, but we enjoy the food so much that we continue to go back.

I have a strong affection for Popeyes (just so you know, I used to work at a franchise in the early 1990s). I wish Popeyes would bring back their Cajun rice, as it was one of the best side dishes they had.

This restaurant is the worst. I tried to order at the drive-thru but was abruptly told what I could order before I even had a chance to speak. When I inquired about the seafood options, I was quickly dismissed. I will never return. It's disappointing to see such rude and unhelpful staff.

Eating is great if I had ordered my whole thing. I drove 20 minutes to get food from the lynn, MA shop and they did not go to the sides that had the meals or the extra that I had ordered. I should have looked before my departure.

I called from five minutes away to make sure they had shrimp available, as my friend doesn’t eat chicken. When we got to the window. they only had mild and spicy regular chicken and nothing else on the menu. They couldn’t be bothered to fry up the shrimp they had just claimed to have. Forty-five minutes before closing. Jerks.
