Totally acceptable coffee shop. Found myself a bit disappointed in the chili scone (a little on the fluffy side for my taste, and lacking in the promised spice). Nice staff though, and a pleasant enough atmosphere. At a bare minimum, it?s certainly preferable to the Starbucks a few steps away.

Delicious coffee. A block off of 196th (west of 99). They have a drive through. Spacious seating area inside. Large selection of pastries and breads. Friendly baristas.

When my daughter stood on the ice outside, we went to Medici. We've dined there before, and it was just as delicious this time around. My wife really enjoyed the matcha. We had no complaints and the service was great. Thank you, and we look forward to our next visit!

The payment system could use some updates to make things more convenient for everyone. A fresh coat of paint on the walls and new carpeting would make a huge difference. I prefer local spots over Starbucks!

I went back to show him the 12-ounce cup filled with milk, and the male barista didn’t even glance at it. Instead, he simply said, "Okay," in a tone that made it clear he wasn’t interested in my feedback. He offered no attempt to rectify the situation. Frustrated, I left the $7 latte on the counter and walked out. I was a regular customer and work in the service industry myself, often tipping generously, especially to the female baristas here, whose matcha lattes are typically excellent—deep green and nothing like the overly sweet versions from Starbucks. However, after today’s experience, which was incredibly disappointing, I won’t be coming back. I've previously ordered from the drive-thru with a single female barista and never waited half as long. Yet today, with three baristas on duty, only the male barista was making drinks. He rushed through the drive-thru orders, seemingly oblivious to those of us waiting inside—like the man who ordered before me and had to wait even longer. This was appalling, especially since the drive-thru was moving swiftly. I gave him 30 minutes of my time and $7 for a drink, and he couldn't even take a moment to make it right. So rude—I'll never give them my business again.
