We also got a cheeseburger pizza that was burnt and had very little cheese—my kids barely touched it, and we still have most of it left. The Tikka Masala pizza was decent, but the dough in the center was undercooked and doughy. When we arrived, the woman at the door hastily handed us the pizzas and closed the door before we could even say a word. We placed the pizzas in the backseat without checking them, assuming they would be fine (our mistake). When I called the restaurant to discuss the issues, the woman was rude and dismissive. She told me to call another number, and I had to ask her four times for the name of the person I should be contacting. When I finally spoke to Steve, who identified himself as the manager, I explained the problems. I was understandably upset and didn’t have the friendliest tone, but instead of addressing my concerns, he started questioning my actions and blamed the situation on having only one staff member working. He attempted to dodge any responsibility. I told him I wasn't willing to drive all the way back to the restaurant and wasn't sure I wanted to return as a customer. I made it clear that the staffing issues at his restaurant were not my problem. He constantly interrupted me, talked over me, and ignored what I was saying, and it escalated into a shouting match. I declined the offer of store credit. After my conversation with Steve, there's absolutely no chance we will return. If you cannot adequately staff your restaurant on a Saturday night, that is on you—not your poor employee. I'm not even upset about her rudeness anymore; she was probably just overstretched. It's definitely not the responsibility of the customers. I'm very disappointed, especially after spending over $50.
I've passed by this place numerous times, but I finally decided to give it a try. OMG, it was delicious! If you enjoy Indian cuisine, you absolutely have to check this out. It's Indian flavors all wrapped up in a pizza. I will definitely be coming back for more!
I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant after seeing their website filled with a lot of enticing vegan options. I decided to order the vegan soy wings, but when I picked them up and got home, I realized they sent me something completely different instead of the wings I expected. To make matters worse, I was charged $14.99 before tax and tip for this! The actual portion was tiny—each piece was only about the size of a nickel. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, and the woman I spoke to said she would have the owner get back to me, but surprise, I never heard from them. It’s not just the mix-up that bothered me; it was feeling completely ripped off for what I received at that price. I was incredibly disappointed.
