Please stop making me request the bacon that’s supposed to come with my sandwich. If the menu says it includes bacon, just serve it automatically. I assure you, if someone doesn't want the bacon, they will let you know!

It's astonishing to me that online and phone orders take precedence over customers who are right there in the restaurant trying to place their orders. I didn’t intend to write a review, but as someone who visits regularly, I've noticed that people who come in for a sandwich often have to wait while online orders are being prepared.

I asked him why he didn't wash his hands, and he claimed he had done so in the back. However, it was clear that he only went back to grab his apron. Everyone knows that properly washing your hands takes time, and the required food safety standards recommend washing for at least 20 seconds, thoroughly cleaning all areas, including fingertips and thumbs. I can confidently say that this employee, whose name is Alvado and has a tattoo on his arm, did not take the necessary time to wash his hands. Due to this experience, I will never return to this Jersey Mike's again.

Pretty surprised by the service. The sandwich maker really took his time and effort to make a great Sammy. Doesn't sound hard but some places have really lazy employees. Thank you for being so kind! I also noticed the other guys were very nice to whothey helped too.

While waiting in line to buy a sandwich ? what seems as an off the clock employee from another store thought it was professional to address company sanitary processes in front of paying customers only made me question if I should buy food here? Also rubbedthe employee who are working the wrong way. Very tense mood. I was going to eat at the store but then changed my mind and left.10 for food. 1 for conduct. There?s a time and a place for every conversation.
