Panda Express - Lynnwood

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I am someone who will rarely, if ever, leave a poor review but when you politely try to resolve an issue and they completely ignore you and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible, that shows how they completely don’t care about customer service. Not only did she touch dirty towels with her gloves and proceeded to take my order, her coworker had the audacity to tell me those towels were clean. Would you be okay with someone picking up wet towels and making your food right after without changing their gloves? They refused to remake it, refused to add extra chow mein telling me it cost extra (which i said i was fine with paying if they could remake my bowl) but they refused and said “do you want the food or not?” Would not recommend this location to anyone, the staff is very poorly trained, rude, and disrespectful! Does not care about quality customer service!!! I came in about 10:30pm on Tuesday, September 19th. It was a younger lady and an older lady who were taking my order. The older lady was the one making food after cleaning dirty towels!! Service: 1

Panda Express was horrible they got me with the old price on top of the the pot was full but the rice was cold the tell me was terrible put the orange chicken and just came out and it was hot and delicious shrimp or cold but still I'm just stickler for fresh everything when I have they should have all the quality didn't happen

Excellent! My children adore this place! The sweet fire chicken is absolutely scrumptious. Rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5.
