Poke Pekoe - Lynnwood

First, the customer service is terrible. I went in and the guy who made drinks for another customer saw me there, but nothing said. I understand he's doing something else, but I'd think they're at least saying that I'm here, or something they show they're here. When he came to the register, he only looked at me and waited for me to tell him my order. I commanded him, and when he asked me about the beats, he hastened me and his ton was very rude. I was the only customer next to the other couple who had already eaten and drinks. not sure why he's so eager? he was like I was worried about him. the couple that was before me, went and said, thank him and said that they enjoyed her eating and he just gave them an annoying look and noded her and said no word. we dined and ate on the other side of dessert side. later I went back to the counter to order a call and there was no one there. I had to ask for help from the dessert side. the guy came out when he looked angry and still didn't even go into the counter. the dame ended from the Dessert page as the one who helped us execute with our command. for eating it is best mediocre. I had huge pieces of salat in my bowl from the spring mix that took a good piece of space. I asked for brown rice and he gave me white rice. he even repeated and confirmed that I wanted brown rice and gave me white rice. the quality of all ingredients was not good and it tasted ass. it is especially expensive for bad quality and they do not even give them that many topping options. also are not great. don't waste your time or your money. there are other Poke sites not far from this area, which far better in the whole environment.

The food is really good and the bubble teas are amazing. But I have yet to interact with a polite staff member here. Customer service is so bad. Just SO slow, impolite, and they act like you are a massive inconvenience. I LOVE bubble tea but I think I can find a different place to get it where the staff are polite.

The meal is wonderful and fresh, and the pricing is reasonable. Food comes in a variety of flavors. This location appeals to me. I'll return at some point.

We always order our drinks here using Clover App, and they screwed up every single time. They never make the drinks even though we ordered ahead of time, when we showed up to get the drinks, they said they didn't realize there was a order ticket that already printed out. So we had to wait. On top of that they forgot the toppings I paid extra for. This doesn't happen once or twice, it happens all the time. Don't bother to order your stuff ahead of time here, they don't even know until you show up and they make your drink wrong anyway WITH AN ATTITUDE to top all that. Places like this will close down soon with such crappy service. People will go somewhere else as they are not the only place that make boba drinks. I usually don't post bad reviews, there are time I let it go, people make mistake sometime, but this location is consistently BAD!

The milk tea was great… poke not so much. I ordered off DoorDash and before fees etc it was 17 for the poke bowl. You only get three toppings, and things like furikake, ginger, and sesame seeds count as toppings. The poke was bland with very little sauce. I like my poke with a spring mix base the ‘spring mix’ here was mostly iceberg lettuce with a few pieces of arugula spinach. The iceberg lettuce throws off the flavor profile imo. Still giving them three stars, because there aren’t other places to get boba tea and poke in the same store that I know of
