The place is simple and clean, but the food is amazing! Good amount of food for the money! The main courses include the black bean noodles, spicy noodles and the sweet and sour pork. We usually get the combo which lets you pick between the three. The sweet and sour pork isn't the normal you usually get. Crispy and the sauce is not too sweet, delicious! I've ordered some other dishes too and was very good. We've also ordered takeout (black bean noodle and set and sour pro); and, they did a great job packing the food. They separated the noodles and pork from the sauces. They also packed the side dishes (kimchee, pickled radish, fixed onion). I'll come back again.
Best jjamppong around. I love how you can taste the underlying roasted rice in the broth. Jajangmyeon and yakisoba are also good. I like alternating bites of noodles with raw onion dipped in the umami packed black sauce, pickled radish, and kimchi. Although their kimchi is not napa kimchi, it goes well with the noodles.
Amazing portion sizes at a cheap price! I happened to stop by when driving on 99 and I'm definitely going back. I ordered the jajangmyun, black bean noodle and it was HUGE. It was definitely enough to feed 2 people and it only cost $9 and came with the classic yellow picked radish and onions as well as a cabbage side dish. They currently don't have any inside seating and everything is takeout only. They packaged everything super well so nothing spilled when driving home!
Food was really good, and huge portion sizes. We got 2 짜장면, one 짬뽕, and one 탕수. Honestly, this amount of food would probably feed 6 people. Will get again in the future!
Great place. Great owner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
