Speed Trap Espresso - Lynnwood

They make the BEST COFFEE! I go there almost everyday! The girls are great and the quality is perfect. The only stand I ever want to go to. I've worked as a barista in high school and college and so I can be picky about a good shot of espresso, these girls know what they're doing and they are quick.

Had a really nice iced americano with 2% and a sugar in the raw. Great flavored espresso (I'm a fan of a deep flavor, not blonde roast so this was good). Good service, too. The only downfall is if you like robust, you will need to add an extra shot or two depending on the size. Had this 16 oz. come with a third shot normally (which many places don't), I could have gone 5 stars.

The early morning Baristas are so pleasant and make a great cup of coffee (most of the time)! Not always the fastest or most focused but very good coffee, worth waiting for!

Speed Trap Espresso is the best coffee stand that my husband and I have ever been to!!! They have full bodied coffee without any bitterness. They always combine the right amount of coffee, flavor and or cream!

I absolutely love this place! All the baristas are super friendly and remember my drink, and my husband's. They are all so sweet and I'm so sad that their last day open will be December 15th.
