Although most patrons looked to be Korean, I came here with my white family and they were very warmly welcomed. The server was so kind and took time to explain certain things that they didn't understand that I wasn't able to articulate to them. Lots of banchan were served and offered to be replaced. Plentiful servings of rice. We really enjoyed the kimchi jjigae and dwaenjang jjigae they definitely were not skimping on the protein in these. We also ordered regular bulgogi and dwaeji bulgogi, both of which were fairly sweet and oily but still tasty enough. Honestly, the service made up for any meh ness in the overall experience. I'd definitely come back here and trust them enough to try less stereotypical white person's first time at a korean restaurant ish dishes just fine.
Japchae is oil-covered vegetables, I don't even know what kind of vegetable it is, and Pajeon is haha. During the bulgogi set meal, the bulgogi and lettuce are fresh and edible. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
Really good Bossam. The waitress was kind of a bit awkward. Side dishes tasted great Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
