The food here is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I commend the cashiers for managing everything on their own; they juggle tasks from the register to preparing the bowls. However, it’s clear that you need at least three staff members, especially during peak times. Weekends are the busiest, yet there are only two people working! Come on, manager, you need to pay attention to your customers' feedback!
I placed order number 732423795 and did not receive all the items I paid for. I was informed it was their mistake and that a note would be left for the manager to process my refund. After waiting three days, I was then told I would receive a free meal for the error. I drove all the way to the store, only to have the manager treat me as if I were begging for food when all I really wanted was my refund. In the end, I was told to wait for my refund, and I felt my time had been wasted and I was humiliated in front of others, as it seemed the employees and management didn't communicate effectively. This has been by far the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant.
Extremely Slow. Its been 20 minutes since I was notified via SMS that my online order was ready but Im still sitting here waiting and this is the second time in a row this has happened. Stop playing games with the wait times. Unacceptable!!!
Horrible service I?m extremely upset about the service I had placed a mobile order around 9:40am the location opens at 9:30. I arrive to pick up my food and the person at the register says there?s no cook that to come back at 10:30am I was patient and understanding I went back and the cook says that the rice isn?t ready and to come back in 30 minutes I had to wait almost 1 hour after opening and the cook was asking for me stay and wait longer I asked for a refund he didn?t want to give me a refund stating that he couldn?t do it and i know he can I kept telling him I don?t want to wait I want my money back I have to go, worse service ever
