A brewery by definition offers simple dishes and can accommodate many people which makes it a friendly but noisy place, where dishes are connected with the city and its history. Here everything is there, we are happy for a correct price (a little above the average yet, Bocuse obliges. Unfortunately my sister cut off with the paper sheets (two times! No luck, it doesn't happen often, but it happened! She preferred not to say anything...
Good Brewery, the first Bocuse for us. Good cuisine, tasty, impeccable service. We'll be back.
All the dishes were good, without any more, the supreme poultry sauce and the melon gaspacho were good, but the accompaniment was quite flat. The whole thing is expensive. Good service and very clean and pleasant restaurant.
Where we have known for a very long time and passage requires qd we were from the region but disappointment related to the kitchen and service that has not taken into account our remarks ... veal head not peeled what did not exist before brief disappointment for us!
