Contribuisci feedbackWe often order skewers and generally enjoy them, but the lavash has been burnt several times now. We always get three, and they’re all burnt in the middle. This has been an ongoing issue—don’t you notice? Why haven’t you fixed it? Do we really need to write a review for you to take action? Is this how you want to treat your customers? We travel for an hour just for your skewers, and this is how you respond. On the positive side, the skewers are very tasty.
Today, August 11, 2024, at 7:04 PM, we placed an order: 4 pieces of pork, 1 beef kebab, 1 chicken kebab, 2 potatoes, 1 vegetable dish, and 2 thin lavashes. There were no complaints about the main order; however, there was a very unpleasant issue with the lavash: instead of two, only one was packed, and it was stained with some kind of strange white substance! This really ruined our impression of the meal! Recently, they have updated their staff, and along with that, the quality has dropped significantly! Management, please pay attention to the honesty, cleanliness, and work ethic of your hired employees! You risk losing your loyal customers!
I've passed by this restaurant many times and noticed it was always busy, which piqued my curiosity. The food is quite good, and the chefs are cheerful and friendly. However, I must address the owners: please talk to the young man at the cash register, who appears to be Armenian. He communicates with customers through clenched teeth and answers questions reluctantly, as if he’s doing us a favor. He doesn’t even look at the customers and spends most of his time on his phone. It’s quite surprising and disappointing to see such behavior in today's world. I urge you to pay attention to this issue!
The undeniable positives of this establishment include: DELICIOUS SHISH KEBABS, AFFORDABLE PRICES, FRESH INGREDIENTS, and even late at night, there's a line of customers. All the dishes are fresh. However, the place does have its downsides: TERRIBLE QUEUE ORGANIZATION and an unclear system for determining whose orders will be served next, leading to LONG WAIT TIMES—orders can take over 50 minutes to arrive. Additionally, the STAFF BEHAVE LIKE NAZIS; they sell to people of Armenian descent at a lower price, and let their own customers skip the line, which detracts from the waiting time for everyone else—this is unacceptable. I don't understand why such a large number of people near Moscow highly rates this place. In my opinion, it deserves a 3 out of 5; sure, the shish kebabs are tasty, but giving it 5 stars when customers are treated like second-class citizens and forced to wait an hour in a disorganized queue is absurd.
We always order shashlik from you, and it's always delicious. However, the young woman who takes the online orders needs some training in customer communication. She seems uninterested and lacks competence. While taking my order, she was distracted and didn't listen to me. After I finished my order and said "that's all," she responded in an irritated tone, stating, "No, that's not everything; you need to order another 60 rubles for free delivery." I don't mind the requirement, but please communicate it to your customers in a better way. It's time to work with your staff because their performance is affecting your ratings. Order from August 19.
