I don't come here often but when I do its because I'm in a hurry and need something quick. EVERY time my order is wrong!! I don't ask for anything special. Just straight off the menu stuff. So completely frustrated. If my kids didn't have happy meal addiction I would never come here at all. More better go into Kailua town.
Overall, I am happy with our experience there, but it was kinda difficult to know where to order in the drive thru. The first intercom looked like the correct option based on the label, but they never answered there. We drove up to the second intercom and they answered right away! Good food and cool happy meal packaging, even though it took a bit.
