Panda Express - M C B H Kaneohe Bay

I ordered delivery on the website and somehow it switched me to pickup. I called the store and they canceled the order and suggested I re-order via tge website. Place my order. On about 5 minutes the panda guy calls me back. The driver just picked up my order. Yay, what service! 45 minutes later no delivery and I'm 7 minutes away. I call back. Get a woman who investigates. The Door Dash driver picked up my order then canceled it!!.She calls door dash to see what's up and to get my order delivered. After a while, I call back. She's been on hold the whole time. Must be at least 40 minutes and no answer. It's been almost 3 hrs since my order. Really upset with door dash. But very impressed with pandas.

Love Panda Express. The employees at the Kailua location are so nice and friendly and helpful.

We went to Panda Express about 20 minutes before closing and didn't have high expectations about what food would be left and basically went in with the idea of settling for what was left. They were almost out of lots of dishes but the girl at the counter asked if we were willing to wait 8 minutes for a fresh batch of noodles and chow fun and we did they also made us a fresh batch of whatever food we wanted that was out. I did not expect them to do that and we were extremely grateful. The customer service was outstanding

The customer service at this location was great. Clean, nice environment, I always enjoy the teriyaki chicken and the mushroom chicken.

Entrees was good. Chili shrimp was low so they made a fresh batch. Service is up to par. Chow Mein had more vegetables than noodles
