Bijzonder - Maastricht

Visited Maastricht for a day, we made reservations to eat here as the food looked really good and it was 100% gluten free. Super cute restaurant, very cosy and very welcoming waitress. We had some gluten free crackers to start as we sat down while the kitchen was still closed. Decided to have a three course menu and a four course menu. The menu is seasonal, but we had the moroccan soup, baked parsnip and shiitake mushroom mix for appetizers, as a main we shared cashew labneh and sesame-rice balls with stir-fried carrots in miso and to finish coconut pannecota and pumpkin cake. It was absolutely delicious! And all of our choices were plant-based as well. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has a 100% gluten-free kitchen and offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. They bake their own gluten-free bread, which is delicious. I highly recommend this cozy spot for a yummy meal.

"Boyst" is indeed well elected biez under for this cozy, vegan and also not restaurant. For everyone, but mostly for vegan adepts who like "food sharing." Nice wines too often by glass of tea and juice. Good and fun!
