Mc Donald's Dau Pampanga - Mabalacat

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking.

The staff here are very slow and accidentally spilled my child's food, but they didn't even replace it unlike at Jollibee.

I will never go to McDo Dau again. It was a disaster. I was with my 1-year-old baby and we waited in line for so long, maybe even 30 minutes. The people in line were getting impatient. The person in front of me was already getting angry at the counter, imagine that. When we finally got to the counter, they said they didn't have any ice, so we settled for a sundae but they were also out of that. We ended up with warm coke. I wanted to just leave but we had already waited for so long. Then, today, my sibling ordered 1 piece of chicken to-go. Since I was so hungry, I decided to do the same. But when I opened the takeout bag, there was no gravy. They could have at least given us more ketchup, but they only gave one. My goodness!

Kahit kailan talaga ako magpunta sa mcdo dau. Palpak, nung una. Kasama ko pa 1yr old ko na baby, sobrang tagal ng pila. Kahit ata 30mins nakapila kami. Kahit yung mga ibang nakapila naiinis na. Yung sa harapan ko nga nung nasa counter na nagtaray na sya, paano kaya. Kung kailan nasa counter. Dun lang sasabihin na wala pa daw silang ice, so sundae na nga lang yung isa pa namin option kaso wala din daw sundae. So ok nakami sa coke na hindi malamig. Kaso wala din dAw sila coke, grabee. Gusto ko na umurong kaso sayang naman yung pinila namin ng anak ko. Tapos ngayong araw naman. Nag takeout ng 1pcs yung kapatid ko. Dahil sobrang gutom na ako, kaya pina takeout ko nalang, pagbukas wala man lang gravy. Kahit sana dinamihan nyo nalang ng ketchup kaso isa lang din. Dyusmiyo!!
