Captain D's Seafood Kitchen - Mableton

The order was wrong, the quality declined, the service interrupted by a male employee telling a female employee to smile. I'm a fan of the food but from now on, I'll drive further to go to a different store.

Great customer service finally!! The young lady tonight was very friendly and hospitable. Our food was fresh and hot!

Love Captain D's. Had to wait forever in the drive thru because nobody would respond to the kiosk. Not a very good location ???????

7/16 830pm. Just left the drive thru after waiting in line for 30 minutes only to be ignored by the workers inside. There was a young woman in the drive thru line in front of me who literally laid on her horn for 15-20 seconds at the window and the workers inside didn?t even acknowledge her. Horrible excuse for business etiquette. If there was an option you?d get no stars. Your employees are a reflection of what you chose.

Service was extremely terrible, I went to the order window to place my order and nobody had there headset on to know I was at the order window. I was told I couldn't order at the second window I went to afterpulling off from the order box. I then had to drive back around to place my order. Worst service ever, DON'T GO HERE
