Went to this restaurant for lunch today and was seated promptly. None of the lunch options were vegetarian and the regular menu did not specify which dishes were vegetarian or gluten-free. When asked, the waiter did provide information on vegetarian options but gluten-free choices were not as clear. Two of our meals arrived together, but one was forgotten and we had to inquire about it. There was a delay in receiving the third meal. The portion sizes were good and there are public restrooms nearby. Overall, it was an average lunch experience. Unfortunately, my curry dish had a black hair in it, which was not very appetizing.
I usually enjoy dining at my favorite Asian Noodle House restaurant, but since it is closed on Mondays, I decided to try the restaurant next door. This place was open on Monday and offered a great $12.50 lunch menu that caught our attention. We decided to order the fried pork with rice and rice tea, although I found the pork to be a bit dry. The meal was delicious overall, but I would have preferred to have a glass of wine with it, considering the restaurant is not licensed. However, bringing your own alcohol is allowed. The service was friendly and helpful.
Was in Tuggeranong for work and the working mate I was recommended to this restaurant as she always eats there when she was in Canberra. We arrived without reservations and sat immediately. The restaurant was nice and cozy. The waitress was friendly and the food was delicious. I'd go back there.
Every dish we ordered was generous and delicious. The waiter was very accommodating and friendly. And dinner was not over priced.
