Contribuisci feedbackLast summer, Alain Ducasse opened his newest restaurant at Morpheus in Macau with Chef Pierre Marty. We had our first meal here recently and surely to say it will not be the last! The reservation was made directly via the City of Dreams website. We were warmly welcomed on arrival on the 3rd floor of the Morpheus property. The culinary environments are elegant and beautiful, a perfect location for fine food in Macau. We found service to be professional and seamless, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable – hesitant Do not ask about food, drink or even the restaurant decoration. The menu concentrates on a handful of dishes that are beautifully prepared and served with precision. It is important that everything we have ordered is excellent. There is an extensive wine list and a very powerful sommelier to hand. We started with Apéritifs who came with delicious Canapés and Barbajuans. Bread and Amuse Bouche were very good, the foie gras appetizer whettet our appetite for the net, both were wonderful. The signature wooden fire duck was juicy, smooth and tasteful. Even more relished was the venison fillet served with garnish and poivrade sauce; this was the best venison plate we have in many years. We liked everything in the cheese plate, but were particularly popular with Ossau Iraty cheese from the Basque Country. We went to dessert for Rum Baba, a classic clip about Alain Ducasse restaurants. We also had the signature dessert of the restaurant: coffee and chocolate with roasted buckwheat, served in a cocoa pod. Both the presentation and the taste quality of previous courses corresponded. An additional portion of Alain Ducasse's own chocolate from Paris, citrus palate cleaner and Petit four rounded off a remarkable and unforgettable eating experience at Alain Ducasse near Morpheus. In the end, this was easily one of the best meals we fed in Macau regularly in the city over a decade. Excellence was delivered very naturally via the board, and we loved the personal service. We look forward to a visit to the new Alain Ducasse at Morpheus Restaurant.
A very pleasant day with a delicious lunch here. all ordered dishes were so delicious with good presentation and services. weeping was fantastic. the costs were appropriate with such high-quality food and services. atmosphere and scurry were also very nice.

Excellent decor and service! It's been a sweet happy experience. 6 well trained and good looking gentlemen provided very attentive professional service. Believe this will be strong side effects for female customers to return again! Liked most of the dishes, chefs put lot efforts on details managed, just personally felt all dressing were a bit too salty and some seafood tasted fishy.
