The St. Regis - Macau

A rare five stars on the Macau Hotel Lobby Bar scene. We spent a long weekend in Macau during Easter and had a nice evening at St. Regis Bar, on the first floor of the hotel on the Cotai Strip. Opening hours 12 to 1 a.m. daily. Our visit was late and we found the bar half full. Lighting is dim, decor very nice with leather sofas and dark wood furniture. Service very attentive. The tables are equipped with a trio of Bar Snacks potato chips, popcorn and dried chilli chips. These were enjoyed as our two rounds of drinks from the New York drinking list. In the evening we found the Mint Julep and Sazerac to be okay. But we prefer their signature Bee's Nee's a refined and sweet cocktail and the well made Old Fashioned just the right amount of stiff, sweet and smooth! Of the extensive Gin and Tonic Station others were very tempted, but we decided to go after two rounds. Is likely to whip a creative gin and tonic next time. We also tried their food list during this visit to order the dry aged cowlids with a comet. These were surprisingly very good, The dry aged beef had a nice taste and was perfectly complemented with the comet cheese. Overall, we found the St. Regis Bar very nice environments, ambience and service. Table snacks were enjoyed and we liked the cowshed very much. Drinks were as good as we would expect from a hotel bar of this calibre. In the end, the St. Regis Bar is one of the pricier bars around Macau, but also one of the better. We will return.

Best bar in Cotai Stripes. Elegant, stylish, modern and timeless. Live singer on weekdays. Great service!

This visit was very pleasant. The live a man band was the highlight of the evening. He accepted song requests and offered brilliant alternatives. Enjoy everything with Edelweiss beer fresh from the tap. Good selection of cocktails.

I visited this bar for a late night drink and received an extremely warm welcome. I was offered snacks and made to feel very comfortable. I didn't feel uncomfortable visiting solo at all when the Barmann (Mike) felt extremely relaxed. He had an excellent knowledge of drinks and recommended me an amazing whisky. Excellent service, very professionally performed by all employees. Couldn't be happier!! I would recommend it very much.

The location is very convenient that connects Regis Hotel and Londoner casino shopping mall. You can easily immerse in the luxury vibe once you step into the bar, experience the old-school and classic Jazz bar. Feel like you are in the golden age. the reception lady is gorgeous and sweet to lead you inside, fluent in both Mandarin and English. Liquors and cocktails here are absolutely awesome, highly recommend the cocktail called Bees Knees There is only negative comment is the American cheese oyster, it was not so bad, but really taste mediocre. BE AWARE OF long trousers and sleeves dress code. Furthermore, a reservation is requested.
