Food was better than I expected... most notable the scallop was the best I 've tasted! Service was not perfect and the atmosphere isn 't great as the 'Chef 's Table ' is a bit hidden out of the way (I could see a storage area). While you do get served the courses by a few of the Chef 's there wasn 't anything actually happening in front of you, so it didn 't feel particularly theatrical.
Elisa (host) and Chiara (chef) were both amazing. We had eaten at a two-star Michelin restaurant the night before so I was a bit skeptical- but it was wonderful. Such a personal experience and the food was wonderful. Probably deserving of a Michelin star when just considering the chef's table experience. I would eat the JFC every day. The wagyu and dessert were also fantastic.
Pablo, Will and Alice were amazing. Such a superb experience. The chefs table and food is out of this world, couldn’t fault any of it. Amazing all round.
Fantastic, but lack of staff in the food chain has sent overheads up which reflects in the value for money. Overall though the food and service was faultless
